The purpose of the meeting is to elect three (3) Board Members for 2-year terms and provide updates regarding the operations of the community. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please complete the Nomination Profile form and return to the office of In Rhodes Management, by no later than Friday, October 16, 2026, so you are included on the official Ballot. Nominations from the floor will also be accepted at the meeting.

 

To validate the meeting and hold the election, a quorum of 30% of all Owners must be present or represented by Proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please consider assigning your Proxy to another homeowner or submitting such for quorum purposes only.

 

We will also be sharing information regarding our subdivision and plans for the Park, and you will have an opportunity to ask questions regarding the developing plans for Park improvements.
