This important meeting will provide information regarding our subdivision, plans for the park, and give you an opportunity to ask questions regarding the vote to update our bylaws. Remember, the proposed changes include, but are not limited to:

• Bringing our bylaws into compliance with Michigan State law.

• Addressing rental requirements in our subdivision.

• Determining quorum provisions if quorum cannot be attained for meetings (e.g. Annual Meeting).
